ASRS racking offers compact storage in high bay warehouses where
goods need to be accessed quickly. Pallets are retrieved
efficiently for fast order fulfilment through software integration.
Orders can be consolidated for shipment, streamlining warehouse
operations.ASRS rack structures are engineered to optimise space in
high-bay warehouses. The system is manufactured with precision and
is fully bolted to thefloor slab. This offers completely straight
and robust racking catering to weight of goods, crane forces as
well as local criteria such as environmental loads, soil type sand
seismic zone requirements.We also offer full product engineering
certification and detailed trace ability, which under pins the
product's structural integrity and thesafety of any installation.
Structural feature: ASRS System are usually equipped with pallet
racking and drive-in racking, both of which are composite
structure. Steel panels and wooden panels are available for loading
with good capacity. Conveyors will do the loading and unloading job
under the instruction from the central computer. ASRS System is
mainly used in the food, tobacco, electronic,mechanical and
armament industry.

Stacker Crane is the storage & retrieval device in AS/RS. replacing
manual warehousing tasks.Normally has single upright and double
uprights structure. It complete the operation demand by walking,
lifting and fork driving mechanism. We adopt advanced servo control
system and absolute addressing system for full closed loop control.
By cooperating with barcode and laser rangefinder, our stacker
crane achieve running high-precisely. The maximum loading capcity
up to 8 tons. Maximum speed up to 400m/min.
The storage and retrieval machine(SRM) operate as a crane that
moves horizontally within a single aisle.Stacker cranes are
machines designed to store and retrieve pallets automatically. They
