Very Narrow Aisle Fork-type Autonomous Mobile Robot
The full name of Huayide VFR product series is "Very Narrow Aisle
Fork type AMR", which is a new generation of "fork type mobile
robot" products and has a comprehensive upgrade compared to
traditional unmanned forklifts.
The Huayide Ultra Narrow Lane Fork Robot (VFR series) adopts an
innovative lateral extension fork design, allowing it to access
pallets in extremely narrow lanes and achieve precise pallet
docking in extremely compact spaces. By optimizing warehouse
layout, it significantly improves space utilization and reduces
operating costs. Through system scheduling, tasks such as pallet
storage, pickup, and handling can be fully compatible with
mainstream logistics information systems (ERP/WCS/WMS), achieving
fast, accurate, and flexible handling and pallet to person
workflow. It also provides excellent carrying capacity and
operational stability for core on-site logistics functions such as
access, sorting, and handling.
Huayide VFR has six characteristics of "higher storage density,
higher operational efficiency, higher positioning accuracy, higher
security, higher reliability, and higher cost-effectiveness", and
has wide applicability, which can be used in storage, handling,
sorting and other scenarios.The VFR product series has fully
covered extremely narrow tunnel scenarios, deriving products that
cover ground stacking, building warehouses, vertical warehouses,
production line connections, and other scenarios. It provides
services such as flat handling, stacked storage, pallet to person
picking, dismantling and stacking of pallets, cage/stack stacking,
conveyor line docking, hidden car docking, elevator cross layer,
etc. The products can be combined and increased in efficiency,
bringing ultimate benefits to customers.

Rich application scenarios: not only can it seamlessly connect with the ground pallet, but it
can also be flexibly lifted to accurately dock with various
connection ports, and can be extended to high positions to achieve
efficient docking with heavy duty pallet rack; Seamless
coordination with elevators ensures safe, timely, and fully
automated operation within warehouse facilities.
Intelligence: The laser radar intelligently determines the angle of
the pallet fork hole and autonomously corrects it to complete the
pallet fork removal.
Security and stability: Considering the complexity of scene security from all aspects,
multiple types of sensors have been added, which comply with CE
certification and ISO3691-4 international standards.
High precision and efficiency: Our self-developed multi-sensor fusion algorithm utilizes SLAM
technology for global positioning, combined with QR codes and
reflective stickers for precise positioning, with a positioning
time of only 1.5 seconds.
Adaptability: Suitable for multi material pallets, with a brand new and robust
chassis structure, ensuring stability under heavy loads and ground
adaptability.

● Flexible equipment transfer, globally schedulable, and can be
temporarily borrowed to cope with local high traffic situations.

● Equipment and floor warehouses can be invested in batches
according to business volume, reducing the initial investment in
equipment, air conditioning, rent, and other aspects.
● After equipment failure, it can be replaced and also compatible
with manual operation, without delaying on-site work and avoiding
downtime.
Flexibility: When facing local high traffic situations, equipment can be
scheduled to high traffic areas through the system, increasing
equipment investment and resolving difficulties.
High cost-effectiveness: When the initial business volume is low, a small amount of
equipment and floors can be invested to facilitate business
start-up. In the later stage, performance improvement and capacity
expansion can be achieved by increasing the number of equipment or
floors, taking into account the cost-effectiveness of both the
early and later stages.
High reliability: In case of equipment failure in the tunnel, it can be manually
removed from the tunnel, and equipment can be borrowed to the site
for operation or manual work without facing downtime.
Shortcoming:
● The equipment is fixed in the tunnel, and there is no room for
adjustment in the face of high flow. It is also impossible to
adjust and resolve difficulties by adjusting the equipment.
● The initial investment is large, and once the construction is
completed, it must be fully built. The storage space is huge, and
the air conditioning must maintain the environmental indicators of
the entire space, which is not conducive to saving.
● Once the equipment malfunctions and cannot be removed, it can only
wait for the equipment to be repaired, resulting in a shutdown.
